Tarkwa circuit court presided over by his honour Mr Emmanuel Bart Plange Brew on Thursday July 19, 2018 granted a bail application to nineteen illegal miners dragged to court by Operation vanguard in Tarkwa.
Six (6) out of the total accused persons are Chinese nationals while the remaining thirteen (13) are Ghanaians.
The court granted the Chinese nationals with a bail sum of Ghc.30.000 each whiles their Ghanaian counterparts were given a bail term of Ghc.10.000 each.
All the nineteen alleged illegal miners are to reappear before the court on Monday 23th July 2018.
