Independent Presidential candidate and founder of the Movement for Change (MFC), Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, is urging Ghanaians to reject both the NDC and the NPP in the 2024 polls, claiming they lack new ideas for the country’s progress.

Addressing a large gathering during an orientation program in Accra, Alan Cash, as the former Trade and Industry Minister is popularly known, questioned the new ideas brought forth by Mahama and Bawumia, the presidential candidates of the NDC and NPP, respectively.

Kyerematen emphasized the need for fresh ideas and a new approach to governance for sustained development in Ghana.

He called on the youth and people from all walks of life to join his MFC movement to bring about the necessary change in the 2024 General Election.

Highlighting the lack of unique proposals from the NDC and NPP, Alan told volunteers,”They have nothing special or new apart to offer from the old format of running government.”

The orientation program, which attracted over 150,000 volunteers, showcased the determination of the MFC to contest power in the 2024 elections.

Kyerematen’s decision to withdraw from the Presidential race within the New Patriotic Party, citing behind-the-scenes machinations in favor of a particular candidate, surprised many within the party.
