Powerhouses Mfantsipim Secondary School disciplined Takoradi Technical Institute in the opening day of the 2017 Sprite Ball Championship by 18 baskets to nothing(18-0) at the El Wak Sports Stadium.
The day which has already saw St. John’s School, winners of the Sprite Ball Championship in Western Region go down 19 baskets to 34 to St. Thomas Aquinas Senior High School produced yet another heart-breaking results to Western Region.
TTI failed to make a basket in both halves of the game – the guys from Cape Coast, Central Region were all resolute and head on to turn things in their favour, which they did.
TTI has earlier lost to Keta Senior High School, meaning nothing from their game against PRESEC – OSU can push them to the next stage of the competition.
