The Takoradi Harbour Circuit Court ‘A’ presided by Justice Michael Ampadu yesterday, October 11, 2022, granted bail of the sum of GH¢ 50,000 to the Manager of Poly Changda Engineering Company, Xue Hui who has been accused of attempting to murder his employee Isaac Boateng.
The accused was charged with the use of offensive weapon and causing harm.
Pleading for bail for his client, Akpene Darko Cobbinah told the court that the accused has been in the country for the past three years and has no criminal record.
Agreeing further that both charges are bailable, Chief Prosecutor Superintendent Adom did not oppose the plea for bail.
Presiding Judge thereby granted the request and adjourned the case to November 22.
