Kwadwo Sheldon – My fight with Shatta Wale is the toughest I have encounterd

Kwadwo Sheldon

Kwadwo Sheldon, a popular Ghanaian YouTuber, recently discussed the challenges he faced while engaging in a social media feud with Shatta Wale. During an interview with Showbiz A-Z on Joy FM, he shared his experience of being triggered when Shatta Wale stated that he should not use his works anymore.

Sheldon explained, “Your man claims to be a gangster in his songs, but then he proceeds to involve the police in an online argument. I essentially used his own tweet against him, and he couldn’t comprehend why someone audacious was challenging him, so he decided to involve the Inspector General of Police (IGP). It became that kind of battle, where people would meet me in public and refer to that incident.”

Regarding the origins of the conflict, Sheldon mentioned that Shatta Wale holds the belief that bloggers profit from his hard work. This perception arises from many individuals in the industry being unaware of how the media ecosystem operates. Consequently, they make unsupported claims, and their followers readily accept them.

Aside from Shatta Wale, Kwadwo Sheldon has been involved in disputes with other notable figures such as Teacher Kwadwo, Sammy Flex, Afia Schwarzenegger, Kevin Taylor, among others. Born as Bernard Kwadwo Amoafo, Kwadwo Sheldon is a Ghanaian content creator and serves as the team lead for Kwadwo Sheldon Studios.

He has received several awards for his contributions to the media industry, including being named one of Avance Media’s “50 Most Influential Young Ghanaians” in both 2020 and 2021. Kwadwo Sheldon is renowned for his shows such as “Breakdown,” “Face Off,” and “Yawa of the Day,” among others.
