Reshuffle In NDC Parliamentary Caucus Not Surprising – Political Science Lecturer, Joseph Bawa

Political Science Lecturer at the University of Ghana, Joseph Bawa has said, the reshuffle of the parliamentary reps of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) comes as no surprise.

Speaking to Matilda Youpele on Beach Newsroom, Mr.Bawa noted that this is the first time, the party is having a reshuffle when it is not in power.

According to him, considering the position of the party, the reshuffle is unhealthy for the internal stability of the party.

He added that there are consequences that come with such changes in a political party that can disturb the peace of a country, and called on Ghanaians to be interested in such matters.

Mr. Bawa nonetheless wondered if there were broader consultations within the party before the said changes were affected.
