Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has pointed out Wendy Shay’s incredible records as a musician consistently making hit songs.
“I like women who fight to have something going on for themselves. Any woman who invests in her career has done well. So, a woman, who despite all the pressures and insults, still pushes forward is fearless”.

“If you pay too much attention to critics, you won’t progress. That is why we don’t look back during a race,” he continued. “Once you are not doing what they say you are, look forward.”
Lilwin advised Wendy Shay to continues staying focused on her craft and avoid any backlash.
He added that, she should always be on the side, nullifying any accusation against her.
Wendy Shay agreed with his assessment whilst sharing her own lessons from her journey. She disclosed that the tough love made her a survivor and an inspiration to others.
“I have come to realize that anyone who wants to make progress will suffer these things as part of the journey. It is a steppingstone because I feel like when you rise above your trials, people respect you. When people come to understand that you are still standing strong after everything, you become influential. You give people something to look up to,” she concluded.
