A truck with registration number GX-06-15 carrying bags of sachet water ran into provision shop this morning at 11am at Nkotompo, a suburb in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA) has injured some 4 persons.
According to an eye witness the driver had a brake failure which resulted in the unfortunate incident.
Nana, a shop attendant, who also had his kiosk damaged with some items destroyed also spoke to Beach Newsroom
There were no death recorded and victims involved in the accident have been rushed to the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital(ENRH) to receive treatment.
The truck has been towed to the Sekondi Police Station.
