Winners of the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards

King Promise was the biggest winner at the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), held on Saturday, May 10, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre.
The Afrobeats sensation claimed the prestigious Artiste of the Year award, triumphing over tough contenders like Stonebwoy and King Paluta. This victory marks his first time securing the top accolade at the celebrated annual event.
In addition to winning Artiste of the Year, King Promise took home three more awards on the night:
- Best Afropop Song of the Year
- Afrobeats/Afropop Artiste of the Year
- Best Album/EP of the Year
Meanwhile, legendary gospel musician Yaw Sarpong was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his decades-long contribution to gospel music in Ghana.
The night was filled with dynamic performances from both emerging and established artists, including Ayisi, Yaw Darling, Empress Gifty, King Paluta, Stonebwoy, and a standout set from King Promise himself. A heartfelt tribute was also delivered by Adina, Adomaa, and Titi Owusu in honour of the legendary Osibisa band and its late founder, Teddy Osei.
A total of 32 awards were presented, celebrating outstanding achievements across a wide range of musical genres.
