The government has reiterated its commitment to strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), recognizing their crucial economic role.
Given this, the Ministries of Finance and Trade and Industry, have set the tone for SMEs to receive technical and financial support to expand their businesses.
Minister of State at the Finance Ministry, Mr. Abena Osei Asare said, the government is speeding up and scaling support for businesses to thrive.
Hence, it is with intentionality that access to financial resources, expertise, and capacity-building programs are provided to empower SMEs to drive innovation, create jobs, and stimulate economic growth.
She was speaking at a sensitization of the SME growth and opportunity program in Accra.
