The Ghana National Gas Company (Ghana Gas) has announced the temporary shutdown of its Processing Plant and Offshore Gas Export Facilities for maintenance, starting Thursday, August 1, and ending Saturday, August 17.
This maintenance exercise aims to enhance the plant’s operational efficiency and ensure an uninterrupted gas supply.
In a statement released on Wednesday, July 31, Ghana Gas confirmed that Lean Gas from the Sankofa-OCTP field will be available for delivery at Takoradi Distribution Stations during the maintenance period.
The company has apologized for any inconvenience this exercise may cause and assured the public of an effective power supply throughout the maintenance period.
