Sexual assault allegations surface against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son
Grace O’Marcaigh has filed a lawsuit in a Los Angeles civil court accusing Christian “King” Combs, the son of rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, of physically and sexually assaulting her during a family holiday in St Martin in 2022.
The lawsuit also names Sean Combs, who is under a federal sex trafficking probe, for allegedly aiding in the assault.
The Combs family’s lawyer, Arron Dyer, has dismissed these allegations as “lewd and meritless,” describing them as “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts.”
This lawsuit is part of a series of serious sexual assault allegations against both Sean Combs and his son.
According to O’Marcaigh’s court filing, the yacht where the incident allegedly occurred was often crowded with intoxicated individuals, suspected sex workers, celebrities, and drugs.
She claims that drinks served to her and other women on board may have been spiked, leading to people “falling over themselves, panicking, or passing out.”
The lawsuit accuses Sean Combs of “premises liability” as he chartered the luxury yacht and allegedly created an environment conducive to such incidents.
It details Christian Combs’ alleged aggression towards O’Marcaigh, including forcefully insisting she drink tequila with him and later becoming violent when she tried to leave.
O’Marcaigh also alleges that Christian Combs attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him in the yacht’s cinema.
Despite filing a complaint with the ship’s captain, she claims it was not taken seriously, and Sean Combs allegedly paid a substantial tip to keep her complaint quiet.
The fallout from the alleged attack has been severe for O’Marcaigh, leading to the breakdown of her long-term relationship, development of an eating disorder, and epileptic seizures.
Sean Combs, known as one of the most successful music moguls in rap history, faces multiple sexual assault allegations, including from his former partner Cassie Ventura.
His lawyer has criticized attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who filed the lawsuit, calling the claims “outrageous” and vowing to file a motion to dismiss.
