The Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCO) is gearing up for its third phase of revenue collection initiative starting February 26, 2024.
This operation is aimed at recovering outstanding payments from various customer segments, encompassing government entities, state-owned enterprises, Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), as well as private organizations.
In a released statement, NEDCO emphasized the importance for customers with outstanding balances to promptly settle them to evade service disruptions and potential inconveniences.
Furthermore, the company encouraged those encountering billing discrepancies to visit its customer service center equipped with appropriate evidence for resolution.
