Good leadership is the basis for development. It is the foundation on which development is established.
This is according to the parliamentary candidate of the NDC for the Kwesimintsim Constituency, Lawyer Fifi Phillip Buckman.
Lawyer Buckman, in an interview with Ampem Obeng Darko on Spice 91.1FM, remarked that a good leader takes an interest in developing the capacities of his constituents, as well as lobbying for infrastructural development leading to job creation.
According to him, political leaders, when voted into power, must make their constituents benefit, especially in employment.
He observed that unemployment in Kwesimtsim remains unsolved due to bad leadership.
Lawyer Buckman said he plans to make Kwesimintsim a proud area based on the K-Class agenda, which consists of K-force, K-Spring, and K-Textiles.
He said empowering the young people with the requisite skills and capacity can bring about the needed development in Kwesiminstim.
