Search Homes Of All Government Appointees If We Want To Fight Corruption – Private Legal Practitioner
Private Legal Practitioner, Martin Kpebu has called for the homes of all ministers and government appointees to be searched as part of the fight against corruption.
He was speaking on the case of the former Sanitation Minister Cecilia Dapaah in Accra.
Mr. Kpebu says searching the homes of government officials would send a strong message that the government is serious about fighting corruption.
He made this clarion call after the office of the special prosecutor found 590,000 dollars and 2.7 million cedis in cash during a search of the home of the former minister.
According to him, Ghanaians need to develop the right mindset in fighting the menace.
