Time With The Future Leaders, a non-governmental organization (NGO) that seeks to raise influential great leaders and enhance academic excellence through mentorship, motivational speeches, and counseling has organized a day’s seminar at Fijai SHS

The seminar was on the theme: “Proper Time Management” ,which aims to inculcate the knowledge of time management skills in the students for them to achieve a higher academic excellence.

The Executive Director of the organization, Mr. Harold Ewusi Ampah asserted that the reason for the seminar was to educate the students on making effective good uses of their time.

Mr. Ampah said this kind of engagement will be done for various senior high schools in the Western Region, to educate the students on what they can do with their time, in order to achieve a higher academic excellence

“At the moment we are trying to educate students on proper time management, what they can do to make effective good use of their time to achieve high academic excellence”, Mr. Ampah said.

“ It is something that we’re doing for all the senior high schools to educate them on what they can do with time to achieve high academic excellence”, he continued.

According to the Guest speaker of the event, Mr. Daniel Ofosu Adjei, who is also the Regional Budget Analyst at the Western Regional Coordinating Council, inculcating time management in the lives of students, as well as adults is a good prospect.

“It’s good that we inculcate it in the lives of our children. Today’s topic that we treated is fundamental and is good for the students, so we left them with the slogan that [time once wasted is gone forever but time properly managed will help you succeed]”.

Some students of Fijai SHS shared with Beach News their takeaways from the event and also commended the program organizers on this good initiative.
