In Walewale, North East Region, the police have apprehended one suspect in connection with the murder of a nurse that occurred on Monday, October 9.
According to sources from Citi News, the nurse was attacked and fatally wounded by a group of young locals in the area following a disagreement with one of the young men from the town.
The individual with whom the nurse had the altercation is rumored to be a cannabis user and associated with a gang. He purportedly gathered his associates who proceeded to assault the nurse as he was returning home from work.
The remaining suspects are currently on the run, and the police are urging the public to come forward with any information that may lead to their apprehension.
