In a devastating incident on the Kumasi-Techiman Highway, four individuals have lost their lives, and several others have sustained injuries due to a head-on collision between a Yutong Bus and a Truck.
The collision occurred in the early hours of Wednesday on the Nkenkaasu-Daaso stretch of the Kumasi-Techiman highway. Rapid response from emergency services led to the injured being promptly taken to Nkenkaasu Government Hospital for urgent medical care.
The deceased victims have been transported to the morgue, as per official sources. Initial reports suggest that the Yutong Bus, registered as AP-1986-22, was on its way to Techiman, while the Truck, bearing the registration number BF 2315 FI 03, was headed from Kumasi.
