The Police in Cape Coast arrested the student earlier this week and charged him with causing harm and assault. Subsequently, he was released into the custody of the school’s Headmaster, who will present him in court on Friday.
The disturbing incident occurred in a dormitory, prompting swift action from the authorities to address the matter and ensure accountability for the perpetrator’s actions.
In response to the incident, the victim, who had initially been suspended, has been recalled to the school. The school is taking necessary steps to support his well-being and recovery during this time.
