Quamina MP Talks About How His Look-Alike Impersonated Him At A Show He Was Booked To Perform In Eastern Region

Ghanaian musician Quamina MP has recently spoken out about an incident in which a look-alike impersonated him at a show he was scheduled to perform in the Eastern Region. The incident occurred on a weekend in early November 2022, and left fans disappointed and confused.

Emmanuel Ato Quamina Amonoo, a.k.a. Quamina MP, addressed the incident on United Showbiz. He clarified in a video that he had not attended the performance and that the substitute performer was not him.

He claimed that although his management team had received a request to book him for the performance, his impersonator had already arrived at the venue to take the stage.

According to him, the imposter entertained the audience by singing a few songs and even interacting with them while they were unaware they were not witnessing the real him. The musician has apologized to his fans for any confusion or disappointment created by the situation and expressed his disappointment over it.
