“I Might End Up Falling Asleep If I Listen To Stonebwoy’s album” Says Socrete Safo (Video)

Socrate Safo, who is a Ghanaian director, filmmaker, and currently the Director for Creative Arts at the National Commission on Culture (NCC) in Ghana, has expressed his opinion regarding Stonebwoy’s yet-to-be-released album.

While participating in a discussion on the program “Entertainment Review,” Socrate Safo acknowledged that he had listened to every song on Shatta Wale’s “Maali” album.

However, when questioned about Stonebwoy’s yet-to-be-release “5th Dimension” album, Mr. Safo stated that he had not listened to it and clarified that it was not within his area of interest.

Furthermore, the well-known movie maker added that he would only listen to Stonebwoy’s new album if he was certain it wouldn’t put him to sleep.

The Ghanaian dancehall and reggae musician, Stonebwoy, recently unveiled the tracklist and cover art for his upcoming album titled “5th Dimension.”

“5th Dimension Album” comprises a total of 17 tracks and features guest appearances from numerous renowned artists from Ghana and beyond, including Stormzy, Davido, Shaggy, Angelique Kidjo, Mereba, Maphorisa, Jaz Karis, Oxlade, Tiwa Savage, and Dexta Daps.

With Stonebwoy’s distinctive dancehall style taking center stage, the album is set to offer a distinctive and exhilarating fusion of African and global sounds.

According to the announcement, the album is slated for release on April 28th, 2023.
