As part of a comprehensive procedure prior to the continuous voter registration, the Electoral Commission of Ghana (EC) is thinking about creating Regional and District Inter-Party Advisory Committees (IPACs).
For its continuing voter registration in advance of the District Assembly and Unit Committee Elections later this year, the Commission is once again suggesting Thursday, February 16, 2023.
The exhibition of the register will take place between Tuesday, June 6, and Saturday, June 10, 2023, assuming the registration is completed smoothly and according to plan.
These will all be done to get ready for the anticipated October 3, 2023 date for the District Assemblies and Unit Committee elections this year.
There will be two IPAC meetings before the suggested date is officially set, according to the EC’s planned calendar.
