A Toyota Mini Van with Registration Number GT -4560 – 14 has been involved in an accident on the Takoradi -Cape Coast Highway close to Effia.
According to an eyewitness account, the incident was due to brake failure, which made the vehicle crash into a nearby store.
Two persons who sustained injuries were rushed to the hospital to receive treatment.
