Ghanaian female musician Adina Thembi Ndamse, known by the stage name as Adina has revealed the key to an artiste’s longevity.

The multi-award-winning singer-songwriter has explained what has allowed her to succeed for so long in the music business. 

She believed that having a strong team to help you realize your dreams and goals is essential for being successful and relevant.

There have been numerous instances of female artists dying off from the music business after becoming well-known. 

Speaking about this, She made it plain that artists of both genders find it challenging to recover after leaving the music scene. 

She claims that several male musicians find it challenging to restart their music careers after taking a break.

The singer of “Why” said that her success hinges on her team during an interview with The Macall Mensah on the Mid Morning Lounge show on Beach FM 105.5. 

She praised her team for working hard to advance her craft to the point where she is at this point.

She said 

Pursuing music for long time is not easy because new trends keep popping up, you need a solid team. You need people that are really good. You need a good team that can remind you that you are person people want to listen” 

Her affiliation with Lynx entertainment was another topic of conversation. She claims she began working with Lnyx entertainment after completing her first production. 

She emphasized once more that Lynx Entertainment Studio was where the majority of her popular songs were recorded. She and Lynx Entertainment CEO Richie Mensah, get along well. 

Before Lynx Entertainment made their partnership public, she admitted that she was working with them.

She is out with a new song dubbed “Adidede” on all digital streaming platforms.
