Golden State Warriors

Jordan Poole led the Golden State Warriors to sink San Antonio Spurs 132-95 on Tuesday morning at Chase Centre.

Poole who is yet to replicate his last season’s impressive performances, drawn season best 36 points to aid Warriors’ 6-8.

He dropped 13 baskets out of his 20 shootings, and also five pointers. A performance which saw Thompson Klay rested.

In spite of his brilliance output, Golden State Warriors’ head coach Steve Kerr was still adamant of his starting rooster which doesn’t have Poole featured.

“No, it’s not something I’m thinking about…our starting five with Klay has been really good this year. The bigger thing is finding the right combinations off the bench”, Kerr told reporters in his postmatch presser.

However, Kerr reserved some praise for Poole: “Jordan was pretty amazing offensively. He got it rolling right away.”
