Bulldog Slaps Shatta Wale legally
Artiste manager Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson aka Bulldog, has filled a writ at an Accra High Court against his former artiste Shatta Wale over his previous comments about the murder of Fennec Okyere in 2014.
The writ, filed on Monday, November 7, is praying the Court to, inter alia, order Shatta Wale to make a publication of retraction of his “defamatory” words and apologise unreservedly on seven consecutive days.
Bulldog also wants general, special and punitive damages slapped against his former artiste “for the malicious publication of falsehood against the Plaintiff”.
In his writ, Bulldog claims the recent publication by Shatta Wale implies that he (Bulldog) is “a criminal gangster and a danger to society and ought to be in jail (rather than walk freely in the streets)”.
Recall that on Wednesday, November 2, the “ON GOD” hitmaker took to his social media page to accuse Bulldog of being behind the death of the former manager of rapper Kwaw Kese, Fennec Okyere.
He wrote,
“Bull Dog, since you are bringing out secrets, you will tell Ghanaians all that you know about Fenick’s Murder!!
“I am ready to tell the court everything you told me about you and your men, and how you planned that foolish act, get ready. This Akufo-Addo won’t give you murderers chance to be on our streets!!! Watch how this ends!!! You can’t fight time!!!”.
