The kick-off day for the winter FIFA World Cup 2022 is fast approaching and each and everyday players fitness condition are updated.
Kamaldeen Suleman, one of Ghana Black Stars’ mildfield prospects returned from injury recently, and as a key component of Rennais’ team, everyone wants to see his name on game day team squad.
However, that wasn’t the case in Yesterday’s Uefa Europa game against AEK Larnaca.
After Rennais’ 1-1 tie against Larnaca, Bruno Genesio, the coach for Rennais was quizzed of the fitness of Kamaldeen.
“He had pain in his ankle yesterday, he was injured, and I hope that would not call into question his participation in the World Cup,” he remarked.
With 16 days left for the first ever winter World Cup, though the time needed for Kamaldeen’s rehabilitation isn’t stated, his availability for the tournament provoke a serious concern.
