The Kibi Circuit Court has remanded into police custody the driver with the articulator truck involved in the accident which claimed the life of the MCE for Bibiani Ahwiaso Bekwai and his driver.
The suspect has been charged with careless and inconsiderate driving and negligently causing harm contrary to section 72 of the criminal offences act 1960 Act 29
Prosecuting detective Inspector Guma Kamal prayed the court to remand the suspect into the police custody for investigation to continue
The case has been adjourned to July 20, 2022.
