Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has hinted that plans are afoot for the Prestea-Huni Valley Constituency in the Prestea-Huni Valley Municipal of the Western Region to benefit from an Oil Palm Factory under the 1D1F initiative.

Against this background, palm seedlings have been given to some identifiable farmer groups within the communities who are interested in oil palm plantation to plant for production.
