Kwame Nsiah-Apau popularly known as Okyeame Kwame has revealed why he is into music.
According to the award-winning artiste, his sole aim of doing music is to entertained his fans and others who like music adding that he never bothered about awards.
He made this known in a recent interview where he said;
“Winning an award is a bonus to every artiste profession. I do music to promote the industry and Ghana as a whole, if I win an award, I will be happy but it’s not a criteria for doing music.
Ghanaians don’t give the same attention to Ghana music awards like the do foreign ones like BET, GRAMMY’S and other which is bad. How can the Cedi match up to the Dollar if we are can’t appreciate our local products?”
