The Ghana Education Service (GES) has expressed strong condemnation for the assault on a student at Adisadel College by another student.
In a disturbing video circulating online, the victim can be seen being forcefully held and having his face struck against a metal bed, causing significant bleeding below his right eye.
Cassandra Twum Ampofo, the Head of Public Relations at the Ghana Education Service, issued a statement describing the incident as a “barbaric act of violence.” She emphasized that the GES is fully committed to ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all students nationwide.
