Takoradi Technical Institute lost its third and final game on the trot as Osu Presbyterian Senior High School booked a last eight ticket together with Keta Senior High School who later bundled out Mfantsipim School in the ongoing Sprite Ball Championship.
TTI failed to make a basket against the most successful school in the history of the competition[Mfantsipim School] in a game that ended 18-0, before that Keta Senior High School had ensured the Western Region runner ups tasted their first defeat and now a 20-16 baskets defeat to Presec Osu to finish bottom of Group A.
Following Mfantsipim School’s 13:16 defeat to Keta Senior High School, the four times Champions of the Sprite Ball Championship are bundled out of the competition.
Group A will be represented in the next stage of the competition by Presec Osu winners of the group followed by Keta Senior High School.
