Nana Boakye popularly known as Nana B, a contender in the NPP’s National Youth Organizer contest yesterday Tuesday 3 January met and interacted with the hard working constituency youth organizers and their deputies in the Western Region.
After meeting with the first group of youth organizers from Wassa East, Shama, Essikado, Sekondi, Effia, Takoradi, Kwesimintsim, Mpohor, Ahanta West, Jomoro, Ellembele and Evalue Gwira, he then travelled through Tarkwa and Bogoso to Bawdie where he met the second group of constituency youth organizers from, Tarkwa Nsuem, Prestea Huni valley, Amenfi East, Amenfi Central and then to Amenfi West and Aowin.
From Bawdie, the team then travelled through Ayanfuri and Denkyira Obuasi to Sefwi Wiawso where he met with constituency youth organizers from Bia West, Bia East, Boodi, Juaboso, Bibiani, Akontombra, Sefwi Wiawso and Suaman.
Attesting to Nana B’s commitment, charisma and how he has helped the youth in diverse ways, the various youth groups in the western region was clear in their support for Nana B to go for the National Youth Organizer position in the party.
They however made a special mentioned that, his vision of making the welfare of the youth wing of NPP the pillar of the party so as to create more jobs for the youth and providing logistics and resources for the youth will be his utmost priority.
As part of his visit, Nana B took the opportunity to pay courtesy call on Omanhene of Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Area, Nana Kwasi Bumagama II. He also visited the Western Regional Minister who doubles as the MP for Sefwi Wiawso Constituency, Dr Kwaku Afriyie.
Nana B was in the company of Yaw Amoabeng who is the Western Regional youth organizer and aspiring to become the regional organizer, Okatakyie Afrifa Amankwa, the Western Regional Communication Director and Mrs Golly Antwi-Bosiako, the Regional women’s organizer.
