Engage In Fitness Activities – Fitness Instructor Advises

Fitness Coach, Instructor Regi, has encouraged individuals to include fitness in their day-to-day activities.

In an interview with Yaw Mawutor Fianu in the Mid-Morning Lounge, Instructor Regi pointed out what fitness health means and what constitutes it.

According to him, there are numerous reasons for choosing to be fit which include sports performance, good health, and amongst others.

Fitness, in his perspective, is an act of being physically fit, which may include walking, stretching, running, and others.

He stated that before one chooses the path of fitness, there has to be a clear understanding of what fitness health means and the individual must make a conscious effort to be determined to be physically fit.

Instructor Regi urges everyone to make fitness their lifestyle as there is no age to start the fitness journey.

He further advises that we need to consciously make the time to work out as no particular equipment is needed to do so.
