The Western Regional Education Director, Madam Felicia Okai has revealed that she is expecting a 100% pass at the end of this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
According Madam Felicia Okai, a total number of 38,635 students are sitting for the exams which comprises of 19,649 males and 18,986 females at 128 centres across the region with a total number of 1385 invigilators involved.
Speaking to Beach Newsroom, Madam Felicia Okai wished the candidates best of luck and advised them to abide by all examination rules throughout the period.
She recommended the guidance and counselling unit for taking the pupils through counselling sessions, and applauded the District Education Directors for the ensuring coordination of the exams.
