Interior Minister begins “Accountability Series” with security and public safety briefing on Monday

As part of the government’s ongoing commitment to transparency and accountability, the Minister for the Interior, Hon. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, will address the nation on key developments in the areas of security and public safety.
Hon. Mohammed-Mubarak expressed his honour in inaugurating the Government Accountability Series, an initiative spearheaded by the Presidency Communications Office. The series will officially commence on Monday, 14th July 2025.
He noted that the platform will serve as a vital avenue for informing the public about the government’s performance over the past six months.
The Minister also called on Ghanaians to remain united in the collective effort to build a safer, stronger, and more accountable nation.
As part of this new initiative, sector ministers will deliver Mid-Year Performance Updates, providing a transparent overview of progress made across various ministries.
The Government Accountability Series will air three times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:00 AM.
