Dr Grace Ayensu – Danquah donates police pickup to boost security in Essikadu – Ketan

The Member of Parliament for Essikado-Ketan Constituency, Prof. Dr. Grace Ayensu Danquah, has demonstrated her commitment to security and community development by donating a brand-new police pickup vehicle to the Essikado-Ketan District Police Command.

This gesture fulfills a key campaign promise to enhance safety and law enforcement logistics in the area.
The MP’s donation aims to strengthen security infrastructure and increase police visibility in the constituency.

Dr. Ayensu-Danquah emphasized the need for new police stations in Kojokrom, Kansaworodo, and Essikado to improve community policing and support the 24-hour economy agenda.

She criticized the current government’s neglect of the area, stating, “Despite over two decades of neglect and underdevelopment by the ruling NPP government, the time has come for real, people-centered leadership. We are changing the narrative — one action at a time.”

The Essikado-Ketan District Police Command appreciated the MP’s timely intervention, noting that the new vehicle will enhance patrol operations, emergency response, and overall service delivery.

This donation is part of Dr. Ayensu-Danquah’s ongoing efforts to drive development and inspire hope in Essikado-Ketan.
