
Felix Machott has publicly endorsed the appointment of Alhassan Ibrahim as the new District Chief Executive (DCE) for Wassa East, congratulating him on his selection and expressing his unwavering support.
In a statement, Machott, a DCE aspirant in Wassa East, acknowledged the competitive nature of the selection process but emphasized his commitment to upholding the party’s decision. He encouraged all supporters to unite behind Ibrahim as he steps into this vital role.
“I wholeheartedly accept and commend the party hierarchy’s decision to appoint Alhassan Ibrahim as the DCE for Wassa East. As a dedicated member of the party, I recognize the importance of unity in achieving our common goal: driving progress and development in our district,” Machott said.
Machott also expressed confidence in Ibrahim’s leadership, stating that his appointment would bring about positive transformation and growth to the region.
“I am confident that Hon. Ibrahim’s leadership will be key to the progress of Wassa East. I wish him success in executing his mandate, and I assure him that I am available to offer my assistance whenever needed,” he added.
The former contender also made a heartfelt plea to local assembly members, urging them to quickly endorse Ibrahim as the President’s nominee to accelerate development in the constituency.
“I call on our honourable assembly members to strongly support the President’s nominee so we can speed up the development efforts in our beloved constituency,” Machott concluded.
With Machott’s full backing, the focus now shifts to Ibrahim’s leadership as Wassa East looks ahead to a new chapter of growth and prosperity under his guidance.
