The Gamu Queen of Nungua West in the Greater Accra Region has been shot dead by unknown gunmen during her installation.
According to a viral video, the newly enskinned queen mother was talking to relatives when the gunshot struck her from the right side, causing her to slump and wince.
She was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital where she was pronounced dead.
