Former Asante Kotoko management member, Akwasi Serebour Boateng has placed a Gh¢10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual who stabbed the late Kotoko supporter, Francis Yaw Frimpong popularly known as Nana Pooley.
In a Facebook post, Mr. Serebour Boateng indicated that the above-quoted amount would be given to anyone who assist in arresting the prime suspect of the murder case.
“As a former management member of Kotoko, I am offering Gh¢10,000 to anyone who will assist in arresting the killer of Nana Pooley”, he posted on Facebook on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
This comes following Sarfo Duku’s revelation that the Ghana Police Service has identified the killer.
“One person is still at large. He’s called Braimah, and according to the police, based on their findings, he is the one who actually stabbed the deceased”, he stated.
The Asante Kotoko Communications Director, after an appearance in court, went ahead to say that “In fact, according to the police, I’m speaking based on the official report, which is now a public document, all the accused persons have admitted that it was Braimah, who is currently on the run, that stabbed Pooley to death.”
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko held a one-week observation for the staunch supporter on Sunday, February 16, 2025.
