According to information from the seat of government, the Chief of Staff, Mr. Julius Debrah, has canceled all appointments and recruitments made into the Public Services after December 7, 2024.
A letter outlining this directive has been sent to the heads of all government institutions.
The Chief of Staff stated that the appointments did not align with established principles of good governance.
The statement also directed all heads of government institutions to promptly annul these appointments and recruitments, and to submit a detailed report on the actions taken by February 17, 2025.
