The Western regional Minister -designate, Joseph Nelson will undergo vetting on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
The indefatigable politician has been nominated by President John Dramani Mahama to spearhead the affairs of the region in his administration.
Mr. Nelson will sit before the Appointments Committee of Parliament for scrutiny, where his vision for the region based on the NDC’s manifesto will be brought to bare.
His vetting session will commerce at 9:00AM at the Committee Room 1&2 of the Administration Building of Parliament.
A successful vetting and approval by parliament will ensure Joseph Nelson succeed Dr Kobby Okyere -Darko Mensah as the minister of the Western region.
