I don’t play games – Sarkodie responds to Kofi Mole’s video shoot snub
Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie has responded to accusations of intentionally ignoring Kofi Mole for a music video shoot.
Kofi Mole featured Sarkodie on a track titled ‘Makoma’ somewhere 2022 and fans were expecting the video to follow after the release of the audio but that never happened.
Three years down the line, a fan complained that Kofi Mole did not do enough promotion for the song.
‘One day, ago organise kanta boys make we put Kofi Mole for table make we lash am. Promo no enter this song inside koraa. You made a whole Sarkodie turn Bruno Mars,” the social media user wrote in Pidgin English.
In his response, Kofi wrote: “I was ready to shoot a video but never got any response from Sark and the team after multiple texts and calls. I let that slide.
However, Sarkodie has finally responded to the accusations, stating that he was not aware of any approach to shoot a video for the song.
“Yaa monma me din nda kakra me sr3 mo … have no idea about this and if it actually happened there was miscommunication somewhere only responding to this cos I got love for my superstar Kofi Mole I don’t play games … I’m in or not”, he posted on X.
