President-Elect John Dramani Mahama names members of 2024 transition team
President-elect of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, has formally unveiled the members of his 2024 Transition Team, which will oversee the seamless transfer of power to the incoming administration.
These appointments are made in accordance with the Presidential (Transition) Act, 2012 (Act 845).
The Transition Team, composed of distinguished individuals with expertise in finance, governance, and public administration, will collaborate closely with the outgoing government to facilitate an orderly and efficient handover process.
Key appointees include Hon. Julius Debrah, who will serve as Co-Chairperson, and Dr. Callistus Mahama, appointed as both a member and Secretary of the Transition Team.
Other team members include prominent figures such as Hon. Johnson Asiedu Nketia, Hon. Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, Dr. Valerie Sawyer, and Prof. Kwamena Ahwoi.
