Abdul Majeed Dokrugu Pledges Economic Revival for Effia Constituency with Targeted Support for Traders

NDC’s Parliamentary Candidate for Effia Constituency Abdul Majeed Dokrugu, says his vision of bringing development to the local economy of the constituency is an optimal priority.

According to him, Effia used to be a vibrant area known for trade and commerce, but it has, over the years, lost its vibrancy.

Abdul Majeed Dokrugu in an exclusive interview on Spice FM, promised to leverage NDC’s Women’s Development Bank policy to support traders with financial assistance.

He assured that the NDC would invest a million dollars within its first 6months in office to bring economic independence to the lives of traders within the Constituency.

He criticized the NPP for not doing enough to support market women and promised to revive the local economy if elected as the Member of Parliament for Effia.
