Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, the Vice Presidential Candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is kicking off Phase Two of her Western Regional Tour.
Over the next three days, she will visit the Ellembelle, Evalue Ajomoro Gwira, Amenfi Central, Amenfi East, Prestea Huni Valley, and Wassa East constituencies.
During her previous tour of the region, she highlighted the party’s developmental achievements and rallied support for the NDC. This phase will also outline the expectations for the next NDC administration.
The tour aims to directly engage communities by sharing the NDC’s strategic blueprint to RESET Ghana and promote inclusive growth. Professor Opoku-Agyemang will visit key constituencies such as Ellembelle, Evalue Ajomoro Gwira, Amenfi Central, Amenfi East, Prestea Huni Valley, and Wassa East, focusing on the party’s policies for economic revitalization, job creation, and equitable development.
Her message will emphasize a people-centred approach to rebuilding the nation, addressing local concerns, and restoring Ghana’s economy, infrastructure, and social services.
The tour will highlight the NDC’s commitment to supporting women, youth, and marginalized groups, with key discussions on agricultural and industrial growth, educational reforms, and healthcare improvements.
She will meet with traditional authorities, market women, youth groups, and local leaders to share the NDC’s vision for transformation and inspire hope in the region. This phase builds on her previous engagements, reinforcing the importance of unity in achieving national development.
