Ghana National Fire Service Unveils New District Commander Office In Apremdo
Today, the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) in Apremdo under the Western Regional Command has officially unveiled its newly constructed District Commander’s office.
The fully furnished edifice was made possible through the support of Nana Egya Kwamina XI, the chief of Apremdo.
Regional Fire Officer, ACFOI Frederick Ohemeng, commended the District Commander, DOII Bernard Adjei, for his selfless and dedicated leadership, which ensured the successful completion of the project under his tenure.
ACFOI Ohemeng emphasized the importance of leadership in achieving positive results, urging government institutions to take initiative and not rely solely on the central government for support. He again expressed gratitude to the chief, elders, and personnel who contributed in diverse ways to the project’s success.
DOII Bernard Adjei, the Apremdo Fire Commander, thanked the Regional Commander for his guidance and support. He acknowledged the contributions of IRIDAK Roofing, Kings Group of Companies, and other stakeholders who assisted, pledging to utilize the office to serve the community effectively.
The unveiling of the new office marks a significant milestone for the GNFS in Apremdo, enhancing their capacity to provide efficient fire safety services to the District.
