Bad positioning is one of the reasons we lack investors – Teflon Flexx

Teflon Flexx, one of Ghanaian’s sensational content creator who doubles as an artiste has spotlighted one reason why our music industry lacks investors, and it’s mainly because of poor branding or lack of good positioning.

In a recent discussion about the challenges facing the Ghanaian music industry on Spice FM’s Ofie ne fie with Nana Ama Shancy, artist Teflon Flexx highlighted a critical issue that he believes is contributing to the sector’s struggle to attract investors.

According to Flexx, a significant factor is the poor positioning of artists within the industry. “I think the position is also a factor. Most artiste do not position themselves well enough to attract investors. It’s one of the reasons why we lack investors in the Ghanaian music industry “, he asserted.

He argues that many artists fail to strategically position themselves in ways that would make them more appealing to potential investors.

Flexx’s observation points to a broader issue of visibility and marketability. In an industry that relies heavily on both talent and strategic promotion, many artists in Ghana may not be leveraging their platforms effectively.

This lack of strategic positioning not only hampers their career growth but also limits the industry’s overall potential to draw investment.
