Nana Pra Agyensem VI, Board Chairman of Perseus Mining Ghana Limited, has lauded the Omanhene of the Wassa Amenfi Traditional Area, Tetrete Okuamoah Sekyim II, for his exceptional leadership qualities.
At the ceremony marking the commencement of construction for the Wassa Akropong community centre, funded by Perseus Mining Ghana Limited through the Edikan Trust Fund, Nana Pra Agyensem VI praised Tetrete Okuamoah Sekyim II for his dedication to prioritizing the community’s needs over personal gain.
When allowed to request something from the mining company, the Omanhene opted for an advanced community centre instead of a car and an overseas trip.
Nana Pra Agyensem VI encouraged all sub-chiefs, opinion leaders, and stakeholders to adopt this selfless spirit to help build a better nation.
