Finance minister Dr Amin Adam to present 2024 mid-year budget review on July 23

Finance Minister Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam is set to deliver the 2024 Mid-Year Budget Review in Parliament on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.

The announcement was made by Deputy Majority Leader Patricia Appiagyei, who stated that the Finance Minister will update the government’s financial projections for the year, considering the recent International Monetary Fund (IMF) balance of payment support.

The presentation will provide a revised economic outlook and updated financial plans for Ghana.

“Mr Speaker, the business committee has programmed the minister for finance to present a statement on the Mid-Year Review of Budget Statement and Economic Policy of the government for the 2024 financial year on Tuesday, July 23, 2024,” said the Deputy Majority Leader.
